My kids are big movie fans. I try to limit screen time, but I have to admit, some days putting in a movie saves my sanity. The Ice Age movies are a favorite with my kids. In fact, Ice Age two was the first movie Roo saw in the movie theater. So when i saw an Ice Age Jello mold in the grocery store (for a mere 99 cents!!), I knew my littles would love it! I also knew it would be the perfect start to build a muffin tin meal around! Here’s our Ice Age muffin tin meal:
In this muffin tin: Snowflake shaped PB&J sandwiches, Ice blocks (mozzarella cheese), Ice Age shaped Jello, Brrrrrr-berries (blueberries), and a mini scoop of ice cream.
This muffin tin was a huge hit! Roo ate every single bite and Monkey ate all but two pieces of cheese! I wish the Jello had photographed better, because it really is cute! Roo had Scrat and Monkey had Diego.

Ah! Ice Blocks! That’s a much more clever way to do mozzarella! I did it, but I cut them smaller and called them snow…. I like yours WAY better! lol. Good job!!

Thanks! I thought your snow was cute!
Oh I love those snowflake sandwiches and that blue jello! Your choice of foods tie in so well with your theme, great job!
Thanks so much! I struggled a little figuring out a fruit – felt like I was stretching it a little! haha!
Awe! This is cute! Thanks for sharing at Party In Polka Dots!
