Since my last two Muffin Tins have had movie themes, I decided to finish out the month with one more movie themed feature. I have to admit I am cheating just a bit because I am reposting a Muffin Tin I made last year. The Coach and I were gone for the weekend and I didn’t get a chance to make the boys a Muffin Tin.
For Christmas the boys got the movie The Sandlot. It is a family favorite and has been watched at least a half dozen times since it was opened Christmas day. So I am bringing back the pictures from my baseball themed Muffin Tin meal in honor of The Sandlot.
In this Muffin Tin Meal: PB&J Sandwich (circle cut and red decorating gel used), strawberries & bananas (red and white), carrot sticks (bats), popcorn, string cheese (sliced and a red food marker was used to make them look like baseballs), and yogurt with red sprinkles.
When I served up this muffin tin, it was a huge hit. I think everything was eaten up. Certainly a home run with my boys!!

Oh man, I soooo don’t like that movie! When I was in college I nannied for a family of boys and those kids watched the Sandlot every.single.day one summer. Torture! I grew to just despise it! Haha!
Very cute baseball muffin tin! Love the teeny tiny string cheese baseballs.
Too funny! I was that way with the Monsters Versus Aliens movie!! All. The. Time. I would ask my boys if they wanted something else – nope! So I completely understand! We’re still in the loving it phase with The Sandlot. Quote Squints and talk about Wendy Peppercorn all the time! Haha!
Thanks for stopping by! Excited to be joining you for the link up in the future!
I think I am the only mom/woman on the planet who has never seen that movie. I should be ashamed, I know. i will work on it soon.

You have to watch it! It reminded me of childhood and I’m not even a boy who played baseball! Haha! Love all the scenes that remind of me of the fun, innocence, and drama of childhood!
